The terms and conditions mentioned below apply to all bookings for Greenheart hotel made through this website or otherwise. The hotel is operated by Un Pied-à-Terre NV, a Surinam registered company, located at the Costerstraat #59, Paramaribo  (hereafter “we” or “our”).

Pricing
All rates shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated).  Rates are including VAT and excluding local tourism levies, if applicable. Rates are subject to change without notice. However, your rate is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.

Payment
Upon reservation you will be asked to settle your entire reservation by Paypal or otherwise, Upon arrival you will be asked to settle your entire reservation by cash, unless you have already paid by Paypal or otherwise. When you check out you will be asked to settle the remains of your account due.

Reservations
Within the room type of your choice, the exact room you will have is a surprise. If you want to book a specific room, a surcharge of  €10,- may apply.

Cancellation policy
We use two different cancellation policies, depending on the reservation you make:

Refundable reservations
There will be no cancellation fee for cancellations made up to 2 weeks before 6pm on the intended date of arrival. For cancellations made during the 48 hours preceding 6pm on the intended date of arrival, we will charge 200% of the room rate for the first night. For cancellations made 48 hours preceding 6pm on the intended date of arrival and in case of no show, we will charge 100% of the total amount of the booking.

Non refundable reservations
It is not possible to modify or cancel this reservation in any case. The total costs for all room nights, excluding local tourism levies (if applicable) will be charged directly after your reservation is made. Local tourism levies (if applicable) still remain to be paid in the hotel.

Guests of our guests
We welcome the visit of your friends. However, they have only access to the public areas of our hotel (i.e. bars, terraces and garden). They are welcome to enjoy  the refreshing swimming pool as well, after approval of the duty manager. A surcharge is then added to your account. As for security reasons the duty manager needs to be informed when people (non-guests) visit your room. When (a) friend(s) stay over for the night in your room a surcharge may apply. A night is considered to start at 23.00h.

Children
Children under the age of 2 can stay free of charge at our hotel. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to be used where such accommodation is sought. We do offer a child friendly breakfast and these are charged as taken.

Guests with impaired mobility
We  endeavor to offer the same high quality facilities to our less able bodied guests. However, the construction of the building imposes some limitations. Guide dogs are welcome in our hotel. Please check with our team if you have any special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Pets
The hotel is able to accommodate pets, but only after given prior notice. However, it is not allowed to leave a pet alone in your room.

Car parking
The hotel offers limited free parking facilities. For additional parking facilities we can suggest several external (free) parking facilities for our guests. For information on parking availability, please contact our staff.

Smoking
Please note that the hotel is fully non smoking, except for the terrace in the street. In case guests do smoke in the hotel, a fine of €150,- will be charged.

Arrival and departure
Rooms are guaranteed from 3pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible, depending on availability, an additional charge per room may apply.

Pre-payments
You will be asked to guarantee your booking with payment via Paypal. In case you have booked a refundable reservation and you need to cancel our cancellation policy will apply.

Complaints or comments
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. It is best to file any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel in the first instance to the hotel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can resolve it immediately.

General information
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time. In case the above terms and conditions do not sufficiently foresee in any case, Greenheart hotel will decide regarding this issue.
